At EUNOIA Integrative Counseling, your privacy matters. This website is intended to provide general information about services offered and to support individuals in making informed choices about mental health care.
 

Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide via contact forms or email, such as:

  • Any other information you choose to share

  • We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties. Your information will only be used to respond to your inquiries or to coordinate care if you choose to begin services.

Use of SimplePractice
 

If you become a client, all scheduling, intake forms, communication, and documentation will be securely managed through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant electronic health records platform. You will receive a client portal link with access to all necessary materials, including a full HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
 

Confidentiality and Security
 

EUNOIA Integrative Counseling has a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Wix for HIPAA-compliant features enabled on this website, and with SimplePractice, our electronic health records and client communication platform. Please note that not all communication methods on this website are HIPAA-secure. Email sent outside of the SimplePractice Client Portal is not a secure method of communication, and sensitive or confidential health information should not be shared through non-portal email.
 

Your confidentiality is also protected under the Illinois Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act, which provides protections for mental health records in addition to those provided under HIPAA.
 

Minors
For clients under 18 years of age, information shared with EUNOIA Integrative Counseling is handled in accordance with Illinois law regarding parental consent and minor confidentiality in mental health treatment. Parents or guardians of minor clients will be informed of the general limits of confidentiality that apply to a minor's care at the start of services.

 

Text Messaging
If you provide a phone number and consent to receive appointment reminders, you may receive text or email notifications through SimplePractice, our HIPAA-compliant scheduling and electronic health records platform. Message and data rates may apply. You may adjust your communication preferences at any time through your SimplePractice Client Portal or by notifying your provider directly.

 

Data Deletion
You may request deletion of any personal information submitted through this website by contacting us at info@eunoiaintegrativecounseling.com. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable law.

 

Cookies & Analytics
This site may use basic cookies or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to improve user experience. These tools may collect non-personally identifiable information such as browser type, location, or time spent on the site.
