THERAPY THAT MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE - IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Whether you’re navigating burnout, anxiety, ADHD, or the stress of trying to do all the things, therapy should feel like a soft landing — not another overwhelming task. At EUNOIA, we offer holistic, culturally-attuned care for adults who want real support, not just surface-level solutions.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

COME AS YOU ARE - WE'LL WORK TOGETHER TO MOVE THROUGH IT

We specialize in therapy for:
-
Anxiety, overthinking, and constant self-pressure
-
ADHD, procrastination, and difficulty focusing
-
Burnout, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism
-
Grief, life transitions, and family stress
We use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs (like CBT, trauma-informed care, and somatic tools) — with space to talk about identity, culture, and the real-life stuff that doesn’t always fit neatly into a diagnosis.
HORMONAL & WHOLE-PERSON WELLNESS
Because your mental health and your hormones are connected.
If you’re dealing with conditions like PCOS, irregular cycles, or mood swings that don’t make sense, you’re not alone. We support women and femmes in understanding how their bodies impact their mood, energy, and motivation — and help create routines that feel sustainable and supportive.
We blend talk therapy with lifestyle support (like stress management, nutrition habits, and boundary-setting) to help you feel grounded again.

CAREER & IDENTITY SUPPORT

Therapy for the ambitious, the overwhelmed, and the soul-searchers.
Whether you’re burned out, stuck at work, or wondering if this is really the life you signed up for — you’re not alone. We help first-gen professionals, creatives, and caretakers reclaim clarity, confidence, and direction.
Topics we explore may include:
-
Career transitions or purpose-finding
-
Work stress and boundary setting
-
Imposter syndrome or fear of failing
-
Navigating identity in professional spaces

THERAPY FOR FIRST-GENERATION ADULTS & BICULTURAL CLIENTS
Holding space for the complexity of where you come from — and where you’re headed.
As a first-generation Mexican-American therapist, I get how heavy it can feel to carry expectations, pride, responsibility, and grief — all at once. Our sessions are a place where you can speak freely, explore identity, and unlearn the idea that you always have to hold it all together.

investment & INSURANCE
Therapy is an investment in your peace of mind, your healing, and your future—and we’re here to help make that care accessible and manageable.
Paying out-of-pocket (private pay therapy) offers flexibility, privacy, and full control over your mental health care. You don’t need a formal diagnosis, and your treatment stays entirely between you and your therapist—not your insurance provider.
Many clients choose private pay for greater freedom in choosing their therapist, setting their own pace, and customizing their therapy experience.

Private Pay Rates
-
Individual Therapy: $130/session | Intake: $175
-
Couples Therapy: $150/session | Intake: $185
Superbills available for clients with out-of-network coverage who wish to seek reimbursement.

Are you a City of Chicago employee with a Telligen mental health plan? We work with many public sector insurance plans (including Telligen through BCBS and other major carriers).
Preauthorization is often required, but we’ll handle that process for you—so you can focus on feeling better, not fighting paperwork.
