A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE ME, ME:

  • I could spend hours lost in a good book — reading is my favorite way to unwind and explore new perspectives.

  • I love spending time with my puppy, whether we’re out for a walk or just curled up at home together.

  • I believe that small moments of connection and self-compassion can lead to the biggest transformations.

  • Time with my friends and family is my favorite way to unwind and find balance — their support and laughter keep me grounded.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST

’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering therapy in both English and Ukrainian. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and stress. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I specialize in couples counseling, helping partners improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate conflict in healthy, respectful ways. I also work with clients exploring identity, culture, and family dynamics, especially those balancing bicultural or immigrant experiences. My background in education and community work has deepened my understanding of how systems and relationships impact our mental health. I use a blend of attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help you process what’s been holding you back and move toward the changes you want to see. I believe healing is possible—and that you don’t have to do it alone.

"WE'RE ALL STORIES IN THE END. JUST MAKE IT A GOOD ONE"
